The Harry Potter books were full of some great quotes! So here's where you can share with others what some of your favorites are! Note: Please try to at least include which book and chapter it's from, if possible. I'll start! "Is this the moment?" Harry asked weakly, and when nothing happened except that Ron and Hermione gripped each other still more firmly and swayed on the spot, he raised his voice. "OI! There's a war going on here!"
Ron and Hermione broke apart, their arms still around each other.
"I know mate," said Ron, who looked as though he had recently been hit on the back of the head with a Bludger, "so it's now or never isn't it?" - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, chapter 31, The Battle of HogwartsI love Harry's reaction, and it's definitely something I missed in the movie. It wasn't just the kiss that made this scene; it was Harry's reaction to it.

Gah! I'll have to think about this... I have so many favorite quotes and sometimes I can't remember if it was book or movie featured... or both. LOL There are some great quotes though! Haha, I tend to relate some of them to every day life... (such as the other day other half mentioned something about death, dying.. and people being scared of it.. and I went "but 'death is but the next great adventure'." lol

Okay, I have a few favorites. So, let's see. Anybody besides me like Neville's speech in the movie? I LOVED that part! Combined with Ginny's scream, that probably was my favorite part in the movie. Sure, Harry's death scene was good, but I was REALLY annoyed that he closed his eyes! I was just pissed by that. Because the part that sticks with me about that scene is that he saw his 'death blow'. And he didn't in the movie. Back to the subject. Yes, Harry's reaction was PRICELESS! And then Ron goes and says 'So it's now or never, isn't it?" LOLOL And then there's Molly's one-liner: Ha ha ha. That makes it dramatic. He he! And then there's the ultimate climax. Here's number form (American edition): 7-34-704-6-1-11-2 7 - Book 7, Deathly Hallows 34 - Chapter 34, The Forest Again 704 - Page 704 6 - Paragraph 6 1 - Line 1 11 - Word 11, light 2 - Letter 2, i 'I' is the ninth letter of the alphabet, but if we take the last number one letter forward in 'light'... 'g' = 7th letter of the alphabet I am prone to overexamination. Well, is it just another 7, or are there 7777 sevens in Harry Potter? Or are there a billion more than that? Or gazillion references? I'm not sure. Who knows? Off topic again. But it provides something to think about.
