Going to have to go with Fahrenheit 451, To Kill a Mockingbird, Harry Potter [All of them], the Lord of the Rings trilogy [+ The Hobbit and + the Silmarillion], and the Skulduggery Pleasant series.
I can't choose! D:
Edit: And Good Omens. Can't forget Good Omens.

I (obviously) am in love with the Harry Potter series, although I try not to reread them constantly; I never want them to get old. I read them about once every year or two. Recently, I've actually been getting into autobiographies! I really like learning stuff about someone's life for some reason... but when those get boring, I read books that other people recommend, so I'll read pretty much everything. The Mortal Instruments/Infernal Devices series are pretty awesome too, I'd recommend them to anyone that hasn't read them! I also loved Dan Brown's books; his style of writing is so intense. I literally could not put down Angels and Demons... I sat at the kitchen table during dinner and read it because I couldn't stop. School was torture because I couldn't stop thinking about it, it was the best. Go read it, now. Wow, I'm proud of myself! I didn't use a single smiley face!

I now also love Winnie the Pooh and all of the Horrid Henry books.
But Tales of Beedle the Bard sucked, they were just pretty much random wizarding fairy tales.
And I thought there would be proper writing from Dumbledore and maybe even Hermione! Haha.

Tales of Beedle the Bard is fine; not the best, but if you're really bored and have nothing to do it's a good distraction I really can't stand To Kill A Mockingbird; It never picked up for me. Maybe it was just because I had to read it in an English class with an awful teacher? I might try it again, I guess.

"The Illusion of Life" by Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston.. xD [...] But if we're counting graphic novels, that's a different matter altogether - Fullmetal Alchemist, hands down! Of course, this is all aside from Harry Potter. kolidescope, I think you've just become my new favorite person. I'm an animation fanatic so your preference for the " bible of animation" makes me wanna cheer. Also... " Fullmetal Alchemist" rules! Aside from the Harry Potter books, I also really really love Michael Ende's " Neverending Story"; Bulgakov's " The Master and Margarita"; Dostoevsky's " Notes from the Underground"; and some of Sartre's plays. I love reading, but few books ever make it onto to the " favorites" list. Right now I'm half-way through Haruki Murakami's " Half-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World" and so far, it's been awesome. I hope the ending proves it to be as good a book as I hope it is.

Favorite books: Harry Potter for sure, and The Theatre Illuminata series. It's great if youre into magic and know a bit about plays (shakespearian for sure) Love Shakespeare if you can count that as a book. I have a book of his work... so I'm counting it haha And The Spirit Window, which I still need to buy my own copy of. I haven't read Fahrenheit 451, I know for sure I've read Animal Farm and The Odyssey, but I can't remember if I've read the rest or not, which means... I probably should. haha
